Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) held its traditional pre-fight press conference earlier today (April 10, 2013) at the The Met in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, to promote the UFC 161: "Barao vs Wineland" pay-per-view (PPV) event, which is scheduled to take place at the MTS Center on June 15. At its conclusion, event headliners Renan Barao and Eddie Wineland came nose-to-nose for the very first time.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) took control of The Met earlier today (April 10, 2013) in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, to kick things off for its upcoming pay-per-view (PPV) event scheduled for June 15, 2013, at the MTS Center.

UFC 161: "Benavidez vs. Johnson" will feature a mixed martial arts (MMA) interim bantamweight championship match as titleholder Renan Barao looks to defend his belt for the second straight time against challenger and former WEC bantamweight champ Eddie Wineland.

Naturally, both combatants were on hand at today's press conference to answer questions and stare each other down. To go along with the above screenshot, Barao and Wineland (and Wineland's marvelous mustache) also had an outward-facing pose, this time with the belt included.

Also on hand at today's press conference was Canadian UFC female bantamweight Alexis Davis, who will be taking on Rosie Sexton in what is expected to be a main card bout.

Unfortunately, Sexton wasn't able to make the trip from England to Winnipeg in time, so Davis flew solo with her pose-off.
