One point, of the verbal exchange between goerge & Nick, on this weeks call, that has flown under the radar, and is very important to address, are the lies george made about Mr. Diaz.
when st pire said to nick quote " that he hasn't succeeded" and he may never succeed, was a gross fabrication of reality and the truth.
Nick DIaz is a former WEC champion and most recently a former StrikeForce champion, who went on to SUCCESSFULLY defend that title three times. Regardless of what people may think of strikeforce now, it was one of the most respected organizations next to the ufc/ pride and one of the longest running organizations. A roster that boasted some of the best mixed martial artists in the world.
If KJ noons hadn't refused to rematch Nick in Elite XC (even though the first fight was won because of a cut) then Nick would also have the elite XC championship belt to go along with his collection of belts WEC, IFC, & Strikeforce. And it was Nick that later defeated and defended his Strikeforce belt against the aforementioned Noon's.
Nick Diaz's salary as a professional fighter is comparable to what high level district and regional managers make at most fortune 400 companies. He and his brother are an inspiration and example of what hard work, sacrifice and dedication can lead to. Nick Diaz is the very definition of SUCCESS in today's world.
Today Nick Diaz is one of the Top ranked Welter weight fighters and is getting ready to challenge for the most prestigious title. For st pire to say nick hasn't succeeded is a bold face lie. Not only is st pire a filthy cheater, like when he lubed up prior to facing future hall of famer BJ penn, he is also a two face liar "that does deserve to be beat down" like an animal.
