Bellator Fighting Championships returns TONIGHT (March 21, 2013) at the Androscoggin Bank Colisee in Lewiston, Maine, with a title shot at lightweight champion Michael Chandler on the line.

MMAmania.com will provide LIVE blow-by-blow, round-by-round coverage of Bellator 94 below, beginning with the Spike TV telecast at 10 p.m. ET. In addition, we'll deliver up-to-the-minute quick results of all the undercard action much earlier in the evening (beginning at 8 p.m. ET), as well as a live stream of the preliminary action.

Headlining the main event will be a season eight light heavyweight tournament final between Emanuel Newton and Mikhail Zayats. Both talented strikers knocked off the two biggest names in the field respectively with Zayats knocking out Ranato Sobral in the quarterfinals and Newton blasting Muhammed Lawal in the semifinals. Both men will be fighting for that $100,000 and a shot at newly crowned champion Attila Vegh.

Also on tap will be a lightweight tournament final bout between David Rickels and Saad Awad. Both men have performed admirably, yet completely differently to get to this point in the tournament, with Rickels winning two hard-fought decisions and Awad scoring a pair of first minute knockouts.

Last but not least, a pair of bouts will go down featuring potential upcoming tournament fighters as bantamweights Rodrigo Lima and Ronnie Mann square off for a shot at the summer series tournament and middleweight prospects Trey Houston and Brazilian Luis Melo battle it out for a potential season nine middleweight tournament position.

205 lbs.: Emanuel Newton vs. Mikhail Zayats

Round one: Both men feinting left hands early and Zayats throws a leg kick but newton comes over the top with a big right. They trade heavy leg kicks in a wild exchange and then settle down, resetting in the cage center. Zayats gets inside with a left hand but eats a right from Newton on the exit. Big right hand from Zayats stops Newton in his tracks. He lands another right but Newton stands his ground and takes him down, landing in Zayats' full guard. Right elbow from Newton and Zayats throws his legs up looking for an armbar. Zayats cage walks back to his feet and Newton grabs a body lock hunting for another takedown. Zayats wraps up his neck and threatens a guillotine and Newton is staying heavy on top using leverage against him. Newton throws some short strikes from behind and Zayats gets to his feet at the final bell. 10-9 Newton

Round two: Big exchange and Zayats tries to turn it on but they reset in the cage center. Outside leg kick from Newton and then a side kick to the chest. Spinning wheel kick from Newton misses and they both miss huge looping hooks. Spinning back kick misses and this round has been incredibly even. With one minute left in the round, it's still up for grabs. Spinning back fist misses for Zayats but he throws a 1-2 that lands. Inside kick from Newton and Zayats presses forward but can't connect. Big right hand from Zayats and he scores a takedown at the bell. That won him the round. 10-9 Zayats

Round three: Newton clinches to open the round and he trips Zayats briefly but he pops right back to his feet. Head kick from Newton and a MASSIVE 1-2 combo drops Zayats, hurting him badly. Zayats gets back to his feet and lands a straight left but he's got a lot of catching up to do now. Left jab from Newton and Zayats presses forward right into a spinning back fist from Newton, but there was nothing on it. Heavy leg kick from Zayats. Zayats shoots in for a takedown and Newton fends it off, throwing a body kick after getting up. Newton shoots in for a takedown and he gets it. Zayats throws up an armbar but Newton fends it off. 10-9 Newton

Final Result: Emanuel Newton defeats Mikhail Zayats via unanimous decision (29-28 x3)

155 lbs.: Saad Awad vs. David Rickels

Round one: Rickels works some low kicks and Awad lunges forward with a flurry but Rickels fires back. Nice exchange from both men as they get their licks in. They trade left hooks and both men look to have respect for each other now after tasting the power. Good pair of kicks from Rickels and surprisingly Awad takes him down. Awad has nothing going from top position at the moment but Rickels isn't trying to submit him either. Awad postures up and throws two right hands and Rickels cage walks back to his feet. Awad has a reverse body lock and throws some knees to the back of Rickels' thigh before dragging him down again. Awad stays on top until the round finishes. 10-9 Awad

Round two: Awad shoots in for a single right away and Rickels stuffs him. Awad again shoots in along the fence and dumps Rickels on his back along the fence. Rickels is looking for a Kimura sweep but gives up on it and Awad is now inside his closed guard. Rickels posts and explodes to his feet and Awad tries to throw him but Rickels takes top position on the ground, but now Awad sweeps him and is back on top. Rickels throws elbows from below. Rickels is trying to be active off his back and is throwing his legs up but Awad avoids danger and is back in full guard, although he's not doing much with the position. Awad throws a right hand, then a left and he stands up but dives back into his guard. Awad turns it on, throwing a few left hands and Rickels pops to his feet. Left elbow from Rickels and he is throwing some hard shots. Rickels clips Awad with some really heavy shots and he hurts Awad badly at the end of the round with a right hand! Awad is out on the ground and they've stopped the fight! WOW! That's gonna be a controversial one!

Final Result: David Rickels defeats Saad Awad via knockout at 5:00 of round two

170 lbs.: Trey Houston vs. Luis Melo

Round one: Houston opens with a side kick and Melo goes right at him with some heavy inside strikes. They clinch and Houston takes top position with a takedown, landing inside Melo's guard. They get back to standing and Melo lands a HUGE kick to the junk. That was so nasty. Houston will likely need the entire five minutes. Wow, he's ready to go after a minute, take that Waachiim Spiritwolf! Side kick from Houston and Melo throws a head kick that's blocked. Melo dives forward and scores a takedown, dropping hammer fists and right hands from top position within Houston's guard. Houston eats some really big shots and he's bleeding now near his eye and works his way back to his feet with a minute left. Melo looks like he's slowing down a bit and Houston pours on some strikes but Melo uses his aggression against him and takes him down, landing in half guard. He stays on top until the end of the round. 10-9 Melo

Round two: Houston is getting a bit wild and he catches Melo with a right hand and hurts him. Houston pounces on the ground, sinking in a rear naked choke but he doesn't have the back taken and Melo is able to twist free. Houston steps back and allows Melo back to his feet. Big pair of uppercuts fro Melo and how Houston is hurt. Melo takes Houston down and Houston rolls into full guard. Melo is all over Houston and dropping some really heavy right hands. Houston looks like he's fading on the ground and the ref warns him to fight back or he'll stop it and he picks it up a bit. Nice left elbow from Melo and then some right elbows. Melo passes to side control and Houston turtles. Houston rolls, trying to get to his feet but Melo takes him down again and drops some right hands until the end of the round. 10-9 Melo

Round three: Melo in complete control as Houston's face is a mess. He takes Houston down, passes to full mount and locks in an arm triangle choke from mount. Houston has nowhere to go and he taps.

Final Result: Luis Melo defeats Trey Houston via submission (arm triangle choke) at 1:09 of round three

135 lbs.: Rodrigo Lima vs. Ronnie Mann

Round one: Lima swings wildly with a looping right and eats a sharp counter from Mann. Again Lima comes in with the right and both connect on the inside. Good right hand from Mann and he's clearly the more technical striker on the feet. They trade kicks and Mann's had more zip on it. Right kick from Mann and Lima connects with a right hand counter. Good initiation by Lima and he's throwing with a lot of energy. Both men again connect with heavy right hands and Mann whiffs with a head kick. Mann trying to be patient and Lima blasts him with a left hand that rocks him! Lima is pressing forward with a huge flurry and Mann is getting overwhelmed a bit but he recovers. Lima's wildness is actually paying off for him because Mann is having trouble getting inside without getting tagged on the way in. Mann throws a flurry of strikes stepping inside and Lima fires back. Leg kick from Mann and Lima comes over the top with an overhand right. Leg kick from Lima to close the round. 10-9 Lima

Round two: Mann catches a kick from Lima but does nothing with it. Lima is being the aggressor now, shooting in for a takedown but he gets shut down easily. Nice elbow from Mann on the inside as they break. Big right hand down the middle from Lima and now Mann tries a wide shot but Lima ducks it. Good leg kick from Mann and then another. Left jab from Mann catches Lima on the chin but he doesn't follow up. Mann catches Lima with a right hand coming in and he throws a body kick. They clinch along the fence and Mann scores with a knee before exiting. Mann steps in with a knee and Lima lands a right. They clinch until the round finishes. 10-9 Mann

Round three: Good right hand from Lima to get things started. Mann swings wildly with a right but Lima avoids it and pops him. The fight goes to the ground and Lima takes top position, landing in half guard and working some offense. Lima is landing some short strikes and they scramble and Mann takes top position but he is now in a triangle choke. Lima tries to lock it in but there's a lot of space. He has it over his foot, not his ankle and Lima starts throwing big elbows from bottom and Mann gets zero offense in from top in the final minute. 10-9 Lima

Final Result: Rodrigo Lima defeats Ronnie Mann via unanimous decision (30-27 x3)
