Ron Chenoy-US PRESSWIRE

The "Shark Tank" just got some new blood for April 20...

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) welterweight contender Matt Brown is "Immortal." Dan Hardy?

Not so much.

"The Outlaw" was yanked from his upcoming fight against Brown, scheduled for UFC on FOX 7 on April 20, 2013 at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, California, due to an undisclosed injury.

Peace out.

Stepping in to take his place is Jordan Mein, who is fresh off his technical knockout win over Dan Miller at the UFC 158 pay-per-view (PPV) event earlier this month in Montreal. That makes three straight for the former Strikeforce "Young Gun," who could quickly insert himself into the "mix" by stopping Brown.

Easier said than done.

The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 7 alum -- who has been notoriously inconsistent since his promotional debut back in 2008 -- is once again on another hot streak after being ice-cold from 2010 to 2011. Brown has notched four consecutive wins, stopping three of those opponents -- Chris Cope, Luis Ramos and Mike Swick -- all within the distance.

Bangfest!

UFC on FOX 7 features lightweight champion Ben Henderson squaring off against Strikeforce staple -- and its last 155-pound kingpin -- Gilbert Melendez. Undefeated Strikeforce grand prix winner Daniel Cormier -- who like "El Nino" is also switching sweaters for the first time ever under the brightest of spotlights -- is set to take on former heavyweight champion Frank Mir.

Boo-yah.
