Since when did hugging become acceptable in mma

Its a simple question with a not so simple answer...Some say if you cant stop a td then thats your fault, but what happens when one of the biggest fights in the ufc is a stalemate...Yes a stalemate what happen on Saturday was a tragedy a diaz fight finally turned boring...(que the douches who say i dont appreciate mma) The first two rounds gsp did take nick down and kept him there..In the third something beautiful happened, a blue print to get up from gsp td was born.. from the third round on nick found out how to nullify gsp wrestling with defensive positions and look for opening to get up it worked and thats where most of nicks 80 sig strikes were landed even staggering gsp..Most of gsp strikes came from nick being in a defensive position to get up. Bisping was even calling those shots soft FFS... Gsp did nothing to finish, only held on and could only hit nick with a quick jab that had no power equivalent to carlos's baby kicks, shit even one round gsp corner said just hold him down LITERALLY the champs corner is telling him to just hold him...

Maybe i shouldnt pick on gsp as much because he is very conservative and he plays to his strengths its really the judging that needs to be changed and fast before more atrocity's like this happen..I mean did you see nicks face and gsp's? Not to mention gsp had top controll for a good ten minutes and couldnt inflict no damage.. so why did he win because he held nick down, and controlled the fight but he didnt actually fight so why should he win..What bothers me the most about gsp is his fans.. Lets just be realistic here everybody for once because most of you live in this dream world where gsp is unbeatable i dont get it? why do you think a man who hasnt finished a opponent in four years is the best mixed martial artist out there?(especially when his common opponents get finished) A man who is looking more beatable and beatable each time he fights, a man that fights like he scared to lose than eager to win? So when did just holding on become a fight? i

So im sure u will ask me why i like nick and ill make it short and sweet, for all of you who dwell on someones personal issue in this fight game get a girlfriend or go watch a reality show your obviously in need of drama. I like nick because of his style and dont give a fuck attitude in the cage it just so happens i like it out of the cage to diffrent strokes... But what i dont get is how everybody dismisses him like he isnt a top ten ww that right there is laughable and makes me not want to stick around..I dont watch mma to shit on the next man for whatever issues he is going thru..Not saying we dont talk shit its mania of course but they hate nick gets on here and the props gsp gets is really a disturbing giving the fact nick had gsp in trouble and tired and beat up.You dont have to like nick but you better fucking respect his skills, the ww champ did so did his corner. I get so worked up talking about this i cant even stay on topic so ill leave it at that and ask again...

WHEN DID HOLDING SOMEONE DOWN BECOME ACCEPTABLE IN MMA?
