Video: Watch Joe Lauzon employ the Graston Technique to heal his scar tissue

Well ... that looks like fun. UFC lightweight Joe Lauzon undergoes the Graston Technique to help his recovery with scar tissue following last year's bloodbath against Jim Miller in Las Vegas. The science behind Graston is taking a blunt metal object and smashing it against your wound until all the scar tissue is broken up, making it more pliable. The idea is to keep it from rupturing upon impact in future bouts, which is bound to happen the way "J-Lau" fights. See here for proof.
