Video: 'Fast and Furious 6' extended trailer featuring Gina Carano vs. Michelle Rodriguez

Catch a sneak peak of the former face of women's MMA, Gina Carano, kicking ass in this extended look of 'Fast and Furious 6' due out in theaters on May 24, 2013.

Though she hasn't ruled out a return to mixed martial arts (MMA), don't expect Gina Carano to be jumping back into the cage anytime soon. That's because the former Strikeforce women's featherweight contender is busy living up the good life thanks to her budding acting career in Hollywood.

In her latest "Tinsel Town" endeavor -- which is undoubtedly her biggest film to date -- Carano will be kicking ass and taking names in "Fast and Furious 6," as a part of Dwayne Johnson's (AKA 'The Rock') Diplomatic Security Service team who is on a hunt to track down a group criminal masterminds running amock all over Europe.

At this past weekend's (Feb. 3, 2013) Superbowl XLVII, fans were treated to a sneak peek of the upcoming blockbuster at the end of the first quarter. Now, catch an extended look of the final film of the franchise which includes Carano doing what she does best in a fight scene with Michelle Rodriguez (2:23 mark).

Rodriguez herself isn't a stranger to fisticuffs, undergoing extensive boxing training to star in the Sundance and Cannes Film Festival award-winning "Girl Fight" back in 2000.

The film also stars heavy-hitters Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris and Jordana Brewster, among others, and is scheduled for release on May 24, 2013. That's one month before Gina's real-life love interest, Henry Cavill, appears in the much-anticipated Superman remake "Man of Steel" which is due out June 14, 2013.

It's going to be a prosperous summer for Carano and Cavill indeed.
