"Bigfoot" was mauled by Velasquez in one of the bloodiest fights in recent memory at UFC 146 in May 2012, and despite it being less than one year after their initial meeting, the UFC brass isn't ruling out a rematch. Overeem was in line for a title shot coming into UFC 156, but the Brazilian shattered those plans with a come-from-behind technical knockout of "The Reem" in the third round of their heavyweight affair. The 33-year-old has now won two consecutive fights since his initial meeting with Velasquez and with no clear-cut challenger to the belt, it is very possible Silva could slide his way into the No. 1 contenders spot.
