Who better to break down the UFC 157 "Fight of the Night" than the guys who did the actual fighting?
If you're one of those types of mixed martial arts (MMA) fans who only watches the main card of any given pay-per-view (PPV), despite the fact that "Prelims" are aired live and free on FX, FUEL TV and Facebook, then you have no one to blame but yourself when it comes to playing catch up.
Especially if you missed the "Fight of the Night" at UFC 157: "Rousey vs. Carmouche" last Saturday night (Feb. 23, 2013) at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. That's where Matt Grice and Dennis Bermudez went to war in 145-pound action that is an early candidate for the year's best bout.
Even though Grice lost by way of split decision, like "The Real One" said in the above video, "There is no loser."
