If you haven't seen her fight, I would recommend Plettenberg vs Calderwood. Beautiful display of Muay Thai, not seen to often in either gender of MMA. She's cute as fuck. Check out some interviews with her quite Scottish accent. She's married/engaged or some shit, but that just makes it that much hotter, when we commit future adultery!
