If we're to believe the judges, the winner of the Dan Henderson vs. Lyoto Machida fight at UFC 157 last night (Feb. 23, 2013) in Anaheim is in dispute. But what do the statistics tell us?

At a glance, it seems Henderson wasn't getting enough credit but the actual offense he was offering came mostly in the way of low kicks that landed with little damage. Machida held the edge in significant strikes and, as you can see in the performance rating, was far more effective throughout the duration of the bout.
