Dana White UFC 157 video blog (Ep. 1)

Go behind-the-scenes of UFC on FUEL TV 7: "Barao vs. McDonald," which took place at Wembley Arena in London, England, last Saturday (Feb. 16, 2013) in the latest installment of Dana White's fight week video blog for UFC 157 later tonight (Feb. 23, 2013) in Anaheim.

Fight week, blog week!

Admittedly, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White is "a little late" with his latest viral promotional offering. However, as the old saying goes, better late than not at all.

Or something like that.

White -- who is currently in Anaheim, Calif., to promote UFC 157: "Rousey vs. Carmouche," which takes place at the Honda Center later tonight (Feb. 23, 2013) -- kicks off episode one with a behind-the-scenes look at UFC on FUEL TV 7: "Barao vs. McDonald" from last weekend.

Footage includes Danny Castillo learning that his hands were wrapped too tight, Matt Riddle celebrating victory over Che Mills backstage, James Te Huna and his crew preparing for the "best entrance evah" (watch it here), Cyrille Diabate explaining his calf injury to a concerned Jimi Manuwa, a disappointed Dustin Poirier who admitted Cub Swanson "wanted it" more, and the tense ringside situation as Michael McDonald fought for breathing "space" as Interim Bantamweight Champion Renan Barao choked him into submission in the main event (watch that here).

And those are just the highlights! Enjoy the full episode up above.

Remember, too, that that MMAmania.com will provide LIVE round-by-round, blow-by-blow coverage of the UFC 157 PPV main card action, which is slated to start promptly at 10 p.m. ET. Up-to-the-minute updates and fight-by-fight coverage will begin to flow earlier than that, however, around 6:30 p.m. ET with the "Prelims" bouts on Facebook and FX.

See you later!
