Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White is back with the second edition of his video blog series for Saturday's (Feb. 16, 2013) UFC on FUEL TV 7: "Barao vs. McDonald" event at Wembley Arena in London, England.

The blog features White's trip to Dublin, Ireland, earlier in the week where he was the recipient of Gold Medal of Honorary Patronage award at Trinity College (watch the ceremony here). The night before his ceremony, White went to Temple Bar to meet fans with his good friend and travel companion Nick "The Tooth."

Following White's time in Ireland, he headed back to London where he had to attend the UFC on FUEL TV 7 pre-fight press conference and event weigh-ins.

You will also be able to see the on-stage angle for the weigh-in stare downs.
