Chris Weidman vs. Anderson Silva and Ronda Rousey vs. Miesha Tate staredown pics from UFC 168 press conference in Las Vegas

With less than two days to go before fight night, one half of the cast and crew from the UFC 168 pay-per-view (PPV) main card took the stage to participate in one last "Weidman vs. Silva 2" press conference, which returned the following staredown pics. Enjoy!

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) was on the scene at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, earlier today (Thurs., Dec. 26, 2013) for its final UFC 168 pre-fight press conference (watch the video) for "Weidman vs. Silva 2," the promotion's year-end bonanza featuring the biggest names in the sport.

And their boss.

Chris Weidman will put his 185-pound title on the line against the man he took it from, former pound-for-pound kingpin Anderson Silva, when they hook 'em up for a second time in the pay-per-view (PPV) main event from the same building they were holed up in earlier this afternoon, talking shop with the mixed martial arts (MMA) fans and media.

On Saturday night (Dec. 28), we either close the book on this feud, or prepare for an epic trilogy.

Both "All American" and "The Spider" were on the dais to field questions from reporters and at the conclusion of today's festivities, champion and challenger came nose-to-nose for just the second time since their championship title fight back at UFC 162 over Fourth of July Weekend.

That's not all.

Former Strikeforce rivals and The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 18 coaches Ronda Rousey and Miesha Tate -- like their headlining cohorts -- will also try to "leave no doubt" in the co-main event, as "Rowdy" tries to rid herself of the "Cupcake" plague.

And she looks more than ready to do it:

Last but not least we have a compelling heavyweight showdown which could determine the division's next number one contender as Josh Barnett looks to finish walking the comeback trail at the expense of dynamic young up-and-comer Travis Browne.
