Video: Ronda Rousey interview from FOX Sports NFL on Thanksgiving Day

Thanksgiving day leftovers! See what "Rowdy" had to say about TUF 18 and more in the video above.

Thanksgiving day turkey? Ain't nobody got time for dat!

At least not in the Armbar Nation. That's because Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey was on the road for the holiday, stopping by the FOX NFL broadcast to break down her experiences on The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 18, which aired on FOX Sports 1.

That includes her 17-pound weight cut, which came after Anthony Gutierrez screwed the pooch on episode 12. "Rowdy" was intent on sending a message to her team that making your mark on the scale was part of the job and attainable when your mind is right.

Mission accomplished.

Rousey will put her 135-pound title on the line against fellow coach Miesha Tate in the co-main event of UFC 168, which takes place on Dec. 28, 2013 inside MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
