GLORY, the world's premier kickboxing league, will look to keep its North American momentum rolling this Saturday at the Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City with A four-man, one-night Lightweight World Championship Tournament, as well as a Middleweight main event that features "Stitch Em Up" Joe Schilling and New York's own Wayne Barrett.
And MMAmania.com is going to do what we can to help, hopping on board the red-hot kickboxing train and giving away signed Leone-brand boxing gloves and a GLORY Fighter duffel bag FILLED TO THE BRIM with sick official GLORY merchandise to one lucky reader.
That could be you!
Here's how to play:
2. Predict the tournament winners, as well as the Headline Event, all of which will air live on Spike TV this Saturday at 9 p.m. ET:
-- Giorgio Petrosyan vs. Andy Ristie
-- Robin van Roosmalen vs. Davit Kiria
-- Tournament Finalist vs. Tournament Finalist
-- Wayne Barrett vs. Joe Schilling (Headline Event)
(That's four total picks for all the math wizards who want to participate.)
3. Post and/or Tweet your submission on Facebook and/or Twitter with the hash tag #GLORYMANIA
Submissions, therefore, should look something like this example: Petrosyan, Kiria, Petrosyan, Barrett #GLORYMANIA.
4. Watch Spike TV this Saturday night.
One entry per reader ... so make it count! That's it. Easy, right? For a primer on GLORY 12: "New York" be sure to check out the post where we meet the talented field right here.
We plan to "Hangout" with as many of the GLORY tournament participants as we can this week if we can figure out scheduling and, of course, technology; therefore, be sure to check back early and often to get the inside scoop.
In fact, those who don't have Facebook or Twitter will have the opportunity to make predictions during the "Hangout" sessions in the comments section to ensure we don't leave anyone out.
Meantime. be sure to get your contest picks in as soon as possible because the contest ends Saturday night (Nov. 23, 2013) at 8 p.m. ET.
Don't hesitate ... and don't be late. Good luck!
