We officially have our official officials.
Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) has handed out its assignment cards for the upcoming UFC 167: "St. Pierre vs. Hendricks" pay-per-view (PPV) event, which takes place at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Nov. 16, 2013.
The third man inside the cage for the Georges St-Pierre vs. Johny Hendricks welterweight title fight will be none other than longtime mixed martial arts (MMA) referee Mario Yamasaki. In addition, judges Sal D'Amato, Glenn Trowbridge and Tony Weeks will be in charge of scoring the bout, according to MMA Fighting.
Well, nothing, assuming you aren't Erick Silva. Or Antonio Silva, for that matter, who both cried foul over Yamasaki's calls in their respective losses (here and here). And we know "Bigg Rigg" packs a wallop, so is anyone concerned about the fight being prematurely stopped after a flash knock down?
Anyone?
