Even though a recent public relations campaign by Paul Daley to right a wrong committed in Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) didn't go his way earlier this year, "Semtex" isn't prepared to let it stop his hands from exploding again outside the Octagon.
The Brit has been booked to battle Romario Manoel da Silva at BAMMA 14 on Dec. 14, 2013, which is set to take place at LG Arena in Birmingham, England, according to an MMAFighting.com report.
In the main event of the evening, Daley (33-12-2) will look to extend his current four-fight (technical) knockout finish streak, all of which have occurred in less than two rounds. Most recently he stopped Lukasz Chlewicki in Cage Warriors Fighting Championship (CWFC), just the latest international appearance since visa issues cut short his Bellator tenure.
As a results, Daley inked a three-fight deal with BAMMA this past August.
Da Silva (23-10), meanwhile, is a 13-year MMA veteran who trains alongside the talented Blackzilians camp in South Florida, will enter the Welterweight bout on a two-fight win streak of his own. Prior to the recent success, "Junior Killer" was submitted by Jay Hieron at Legacy Fighting Championship (LFC) 12 in July 2012.
