UFC Fight Night 30: "Machida vs. Munoz" from the Phones 4u Arena in Manchester, England, has officially wrapped, which means it's time for those select fighters who went above and beyond in their respective fights to get a little extra grease for their efforts.
To the tune of $50,000 each.
The promotion dished out its standard post-fight monetary bonuses to four of the 24 fighters on the card, and it's probably no surprise who's heading home with a second sack of simoleons.
Lyoto Machida's head kick destruction of Mark Munoz in the main event of the evening was a shoo-in for "Knockout of the Night" honors. Because, of course. You could say the same for Nicholas Musoke shocking everyone by tapping Alessio Sakara in his Octagon debut to win "Submission of the Night".
Predictably enough, I suppose you could also say the same for Luke Barnatt vs. Andrew Craig, a highly entertaining bout that saw the former nearly finish the latter in the first round before a resilient Crag came back for more in the second only to get submitted.
Here are the UFC Fight Night 30 bonuses:
Knockout of the Night -- Lyoto Machida
Submission of the Night -- Nicholas Musoke
Fight of the Night -- Luke Barnatt vs. Andrew Craig
Again, each fighter received $50,000 extra for their performances in addition to their respective base salaries, which we will pass along as soon as that information becomes available.
