Bellator 106 fight card and rumors for 'Chandler vs Alvarez 2' Spike TV event on Nov. 2 in Long Beach

After the "Rampage vs. Tito" main event was canceled (details here) and the pay-per-view fight card was moved over to cable television, Bellator MMA has reworked its "Chandler vs. Alvarez 2" Spike TV-televised line up with every name, championship and tournament final it had available.
