Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has continued its recent trend of event posters that feature a wavy, blurry, omg-this-is-epic look to them. You can see what I mean with a peek at the full posters for UFC 165 (here), UFC 166 (here) and UFC 168 (here).
victim example is UFC 167: "St. Pierre vs. Hendricks," which marks the promotion's 20th anniversary event and features a five-round welterweight title fight between reigning division champion Georges St-Pierre and division number one contender Johny Hendricks.
See for yourself.
I guess you can't have a giant dagger running through your poster like these guys do.
Anyway, the mixed martial arts (MMA) action gets underway on pay-per-view (PPV), with Facebook and FOX Sports 1 "Prelims," in just over a month (Nov. 16, 2013) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The co-main event features Chael Sonnen vs. Rashad Evans, but apparently their participation did not warrant a spot on the finished product.
Maybe this claim isn't true after all?
