UFC 166 press conference full audio replay for 'Velasquez vs. Dos Santos 3' on Oct. 19 in Houston

Listen to what the main and co-main event stars had to say just over a week out from their respective showdowns at UFC 166 in Texas.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has had a lot on its plate in recent weeks, so it's understandable if mixed martial arts (MMA) fans haven't been fawning over the UFC 166: "Velasquez vs. Dos Santos" pay-per-view (PPV) event, which takes place a week from Saturday night (Oct. 19, 2013) at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.

But with UFC Fight Night 29 officially in the books (results), the path is now clear to "The Lone Star State."

Leading the charge will be UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez, who tries to close out his rubber match against Junior dos Santos in the night's main event. Prior to the conclusion of their trilogy, Roy Nelson and Daniel Cormier will attempt to settle their war of weight words and see who gets down to light heavyweight with their records intact.

All four men were on this week's UFC 166 media conference call, which you can listen to in its entirety using the audio player above.

Enjoy!
