Are you ready to get your podcast on? is proud to promote "The Verbal Submission," a weekly mixed martial arts (MMA) radio show that will feature commentary on the latest news in the sport, as well as interviews with fighters, promoters and other MMA personalities. The show will be hosted by yours truly, and co-hosted by a revolving door of writers and contributors. Our debut episode is TONIGHT (Jan. 30, 2013) at 10 p.m. ET and my co-host will be Mike Bohn.

Our guest for the evening will be The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) season 17 standout and member of Team Sonnen Uriah Hall, who's slated to fight on this upcoming Tuesday's show against Adam Cella.
