We're less than three weeks away from the debut of TUF 17, featuring Jon Jones, Chael Sonnen and a cast of hungry middleweights all vying for the coveted "six-figure contract."
The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 17: "Jones vs. Sonnen" is set to make its season premier on Jan. 22, 2013 at 9 p.m. ET on FX Channel, featuring UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones and unlikely division number one contender Chael Sonnen as head coaches.
And let's not forget about the cast of middleweight hopefuls trying to bag the 'six-figure contract."
Following the conclusion of TUF 17, Jones will put his 205-pound title on the line against Sonnen at the UFC 159 pay-per-view (PPV) event from the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, on April 27, 2013. Until then, they'll have to settle for daily duty as leaders of the new school, including the always-entertaining "coach's challenge."
I know the combat sports reality show format has already passed its prime a few season back, but has the starpower of this season's coaches done anything to woo you back? What about the Tuesday night time slot?
