Are you ready to get your podcast on? is proud to launch the debut of "The Verbal Submission," a weekly mixed martial arts (MMA) radio show that will feature commentary on the latest news in the sport, as well as interviews with fighters, promoters and other MMA personalities. Plus we'll have plenty of listener/reader interaction, responding to your questions, comments and taking your calls in case you've got anything you want to get off your chest.

The show will be hosted by yours truly, and co-hosted by a revolving door of writers and contributors. Our debut episode is TONIGHT (Jan. 23, 2013) at 10 p.m. ET and our first co-host will be Jason Probst.

Our first guest will be UFC flyweight Ian McCall, who will be fighting Joseph Benavidez next week on the UFC 156 main card in Las Vegas, Nevada. We'll be taking your questions for "Uncle Creepy" and asking plenty of our own.
