In case any of you Maniacs were in dire need of a mixed martial arts (MMA) podcast fix, you're about to be satiated to the nth degree.

MMAmania.com is proud to launch the debut of "The Verbal Submission," a weekly mixed martial arts (MMA) radio show that will feature commentary on the latest news in the sport, as well as interviews with fighters, promoters and other MMA personalities. Plus we'll have plenty of listener/reader interaction, responding to your questions, comments and taking your calls in case you've got anything you want to get off your chest.

The show will be hosted by yours truly, and co-hosted by a revolving door of MMAmania.com writers and contributors. Our debut episode will be TONIGHT (Jan. 23, 2013) at 10 p.m. ET and our first co-host will be Jason Probst.

We'll also be joined by UFC flyweight Ian McCall, who will be fighting Joseph Benavidez next week on the UFC 156 main card in Las Vegas, Nevada. We'll be taking your questions for "Uncle Creepy" and asking plenty of our own.

Expect a recap of UFC on FX 7 and preview the upcoming Bellator 86 and UFC on FOX 6 events this weekend. And, of course, we'll cover whatever juicy MMA news stories are floating around, as well as whatever juicy stories are floating around in your warped MMA minds ... within reason.
