Get a graphic look at the behind-the-scenes footage of what it looks like to have surgery for Meniere's disease, as promotion president Dana White undergoes the knife in the latest installment of his fight week video blog for UFC on FOX 6 this Saturday night in Chicago.
Fight week, blog week!
But, if you have a "queasy stomach," Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White warns mixed martial arts (MMA) fans to not watch his latest viral promotional offering.
That's because instead of providing footage to push UFC on FOX 6: "Johnson vs. Dodson," which takes place this weekend (Sat., Jan. 26, 2013) at the United Center in Chicago, Ill., White includes graphic footage from his recent ear surgery for Meniere's disease.
"Now I have to warn you, if you have a weak stomach, if you do not like blood -- and I am being dead serious right now -- If you have a weak stomach do not watch this video blog. This video blog is my ear surgery. If you're not into that stuff, shut this shit down now."
He ain't lying, Maniacs.
UFC on FOX 6 features newly-crowned 125-pound division kingpin Demetrious Johnson, defending his title against John Dodson in the main event, while Quinton Jackson competes for perhaps the final time in Octagon opposite Glover Teixeira in the co-featured fight of the night.
White -- who promises to get out at least one more video blog prior to fight night -- also talks about the debut of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 17 tonight (Jan. 22, 2013), which features UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones coaching opposite Chael Sonnen.
