The Ultimate Fighter training center in Las Vegas, Nevada, has seen a countless share of devastating knockouts, bone-crushing submissions and all-out wars over the years.

Sixteen seasons of the Ultimate Fighting Championship's (UFC) hit reality show have taken place inside the infamous training center. On Tuesday night (Jan. 22, 2013) at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT on FX, another season is coming your way, this time with coaches Jon Jones and Chael Sonnen leading a pack of aspiring mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters.

With the 13-week season just days from getting underway, what better time to have coach Sonnen take you behind the scenes of the gym where dreams are made and broken on a weekly basis.

In the video, Sonnen tours his favorite parts of the training center, least favorite parts and, of course, the historic parts of the gym, where the jerseys of iconic coaches such as Chuck Liddell and Randy Couture are hung on the wall.

Following the season of TUF, Sonnen will challenge Jones for the UFC light heavyweight title in the main event of UFC 159, scheduled to go down April 27, 2013, from the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ.
