Sounds like Vitor Belfort has a little message for his fellow UFC on FX 7 headliner Michael Bisping, who recently referred to "The Phenom" as a "punching bag" with the "heart of a chicken." Belfort contends that its skill -- not talk -- that matters once you step inside the Octagon and "The Count" will have to put his money where his mouth is in just over a week when the promotion heads to Sao Paulo, Brazil.
