"The biggest threat (in Bellator Fighting Championships)? They all are threats. They're all training to be number one, just like me. I can't overlook anybody. You got the champ, Christian M'Pumbu. You got this kid from Russia, who's pretty exciting. You got 'Babalu' (Renato Sobral). We're still boys, but if we're in the semifinals together, there can only be one, like 'Highlander.' There can only be one."
-- Recent Bellator signee Muhammed Lawal appeared on Spike TV's "MMA Uncensored Live," where he discussed his promotional debut (which is scheduled to take place some time in 2013), as well as the competition that he will be up against. While waiting for his mixed martial arts (MMA) suspension to end (which was due to a positive test for a banned substance), "King Mo" will be biding his time as a professional wrestler for Impact Wrestling (formerly known as TNA Wrestling). When he finally does make his re-entrance into the sport, next year, Lawal will be up against some fairly stiff competition in the circular cage. Among said competition will be none other than Lawal's friend, Renato Sobral, but if it comes down to it, "Mo" will have no problem taking him out like Connor MacLeod. Who are you Maniacs taking in that potential match up?
