Undefeated boxing sensation Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (46-0-1) will defend his WBC middleweight title against top pound-for-pound pugilist Sergio Martinez (49-2-2) live on pay-per-view (PPV) from the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sept. 15, 2012.

In addition to being part of the combat sports family, as evidenced by the frequent collaboration between top trainers like Freddie Roach and Howard Davis Jr., boxing has been a part of this site since its inception, and it's not unusual to see our beloved MMA Maniacs hopping on and sounding off whenever we cover a marquee fight.
