"St. Pierre vs. Shields" will feature the return of reigning UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St. Pierre, as he fights his way back from kneehab to try to unify the titles against Carlos Condit, who secured the division's Interim strap by outpointing Nick Diaz at UFC 143 earlier this year.

The 170-pound weight class has since been held hostage by "The Natural Born Killer."

Elsewhere on the card, Johny Hendricks will battle Martin Kampmann to determine the division's next number one contender; however, today's festivities, headed by UFC Director of Canadian Operations Tom Wright, was all about the main event.
