UFC on FUEL TV 5 open media workout photos gallery for 'Struve vs. Miocic' in Nottingham

A selection of top UFC fighters were on hand earlier today in Nottingham to hit the mitts and show off their jits. Pictures includes Stefan Struve, Stipe Miocic, Dan Hardy, John Hathaway, Andy Ogle and Jimi Manuwa.

Martin McNeil (on behalf of SB Nation) was on the scene at the Combat Gym in Castle Park, Queens Drive, Nottingham, earlier today (Sept. 26, 2012) to shoot several of the notable fighters who will compete on the UFC on FUEL TV 5: "Struve vs. Miocic" main card for the event's open media workouts.

Naturally, the two men who will collide in the main event of the evening, Stefan Struve vs. Stipe Miocic, were strutting their stuff to promote their heavyweight hoedown, which could go a long way in establishing the next contender in the 265-pound weight class.

UFC welterweight Dan Hardy will co-headline the network television event and was in attendance with fellow Englishman John Hathaway, as both men worked up one of the last few real sweats prior to their respective 170-pound clashes in front of a hometown crowd.

In addition, featherweight Andy Ogle and light heavyweight Jimi Manuwa also made cameos this afternoon. The Sunderland sniper battles Akira Corassani, while "Poster Boy" takes on Kyle Kingsbury.
