Spike TV's "MMA Uncensored Live" returns TONIGHT (Sept. 20, 2012) in its new time slot of 10 p.m. ET featuring a full hour of mixed martial arts (MMA) news and discussion with hosts Craig Carton, former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Middleweight Nate Quarry and SB Nation's own Luke Thomas.
