Light Heavyweight Jon Jones is all (bearded) smiles at the UFC 152 open media workout, which took place today (Sept. 18, 2012) from the Xtreme Couture gym in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Photo by Esther Lin for MMA Fighting.
MMAFighting.com photographer, Esther Lin, was on the scene at the Xtreme Couture gym in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, earlier today (Sept. 18, 2012) to shoot several of the notable fighters who will compete on the UFC 152: "Jones vs. Belfort" main card for the event's open media workouts.
Naturally, the two men who will collide in the main event of the evening, Jon Jones vs. Vitor Belfort, were on the scene to promote their Light Heavyweight championship bout, which is an unlikely showdown between new (Jones) and old (Belfort) mixed martial arts (MMA) schools.
The two fighters who will co-headline the pay-per-view (PPV) event -- Joseph Benavidez vs. Demetrious Johnson -- were also in attendance to work up one of the last few real sweats prior to their historic 125-pound bout to crown the promotion's first-ever Flyweight champion.
Michael Bisping and Brian Stann, who will meet at the center of the Octagon this upcoming Saturday night to establish, maybe, the next number one Middleweight contender, also made cameos this afternoon.
