With UFC 154 in Montreal, the UFC is looking to leave a big impression after some less than stellar Canadian UFC cards. With the recent addition of Nick Ring vs. Costa Philippou, they're probably expecting a big stand up spectacle.
Neil Davidson of the Canadian Press tweeted the fight announcement earlier:

Nick Ring (13-1) has been fighting in the UFC since UFC 127 in February of last year. That night, he won a very controversial unanimous decision over Riki Fukuda, maintaining his perfect record at that point. He then submitted James Head at UFC 131, but finally met defeat at the hands of Tim Boetsch at UFC 135. In his last outing, Ring defeated Court McGee by Unanimous decision in a hotly contested bout that saw both fighters battered and bruised. He will be looking to make it two in a row with a win here.
Constantinos "Costa" Philippou (11-2, 1 NC) has put together quite a run since failing to make it into the house on the eleventh season of The Ultimate Fighter. He got a second chance with the UFC as a late replacement for Dan Miller, and took on Nick Catone at a 195 lb. catchweight. He lost that bout, but since then he has put together a four fight win streak in the UFC, showing off great boxing skill and good takedown defense. "Costa" will definitely be looking to make an impression as another prominent Serra-Longo middleweight.
