Anthony Johnson vs Jake Rosholt headlines Xtreme Fight Night 9 on Sept. 21 in Tulsa

via xflfights.com

We're just over a week away from another "Rumble."

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) welterweight Anthony Johnson, who recently ditched the 170-pound weight class to compete in a division better suited for his frame, will trade blows with fellow Octagon veteran Jake Rosholt at Xtreme Fight Night 9 on Sept. 21, 2012 at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa in Catoosa, Oklahoma.

And mixed martial arts (MMA) legend Randy Couture will be making a special guest appearance.

Johnson (12-4) is competing for the fourth time this year, having recently put the screws to Esteves Jones at the Titan Fighting Championship 24 event last month in Kansas City. Rosholt, also 12-4, is looking to rebound from a submission loss (kneebar) to Matt Thompson under the Xtreme Knockout banner last June.

Elsewhere on the card, Andrew Todhunter takes on Brandon Gaines for a shot at the XFL Middleweight title while Levi Avera defends his XFL welterweight strap against Dylan Smith.
