Video: Sergio Martinez and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. 'Face Off' prior to Sept. 15 title fight

Stay connected for news and updates

Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. is a "chicken" who avoided tough fights -- despite being a world champion -- to wait, to improve, to get better and to learn. That was a "mistake" from a "puppet" who has "no voice" when choosing his fights and will need his corner and the referee to "protect him."

That's according to his next opponent, Sergio Martinez.

As expected, "The Legend Goes On" was just as critical, comparing "Maravilla" to a ballerina because he "dances like he's in a show" and brings "very little pressure." And when it's done? Argentina's best won't be good enough to knockout the next great Mexican pugilist.

Game on.

The Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. vs. Sergio Martinez title fight goes down this Saturday night (Sept. 15, 2012) live on pay-per-view (PPV) from the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. You can expect daily updates from your friends at MMAmania.com and AT&T throughout the week right up until the final bell.

And then some.

In the meantime, get a closer look at their heated rivalry as they "face off" for Max Kellerman (via ESPN.com) in the video above. Who, in your opinion, got the better of these exchanges?
