Video: Gracie breakdown of Joe Lauzon's submission win over Jamie Varner at UFC on Fox 4

You knew this was coming.

Whenever a spectacular submission takes place inside the Octagon, world-renowned Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) practitioner, Rener Gracie, will be ready to break it down step by step.

What's on tap for this week's episode?

Why, it's none other than Joe Lauzon's "Submission of the Night"- winning triangle win from UFC on Fox 4 this past Saturday night (August, 4 2012), where "J-Lau" survived some brutal striking combinations and heavy right hands from Jamie Varner and pulled off a fantastic sweep and submission in the waning minutes of their 155-pound main card fight after Varner had switched strategies due to a broken right hand.

You can watch the fight highlights here.

The bonus hog Lauzon also took home the "Fight of the Night" award for his performance.

Are there any grapplers in our audience who want to add anything to the above video? Tips or tricks?
