Tickets for UFC 153: "Aldo vs. Koch," which was recently made official for the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on Sat., Oct. 13, 2012, will go on sale to the general public on Thurs., Aug. 23, 2012, at 7 p.m. ET.

Sorry early birds, but no UFC Fight Club or Newsletter pre-sales are available for this offering, so it's you against the world on Thursday night.

Stampede!

UFC 153 will feature a 145-pound showdown between UFC Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo vs Erik Koch in the main event of the evening, while former 205-pound division champion Quinton Jackson will likely compete for the last time in the Octagon against fast-rising Brazilian banger Glover Teixeira.

And who could possibly not be looking forward to the middleweight showdown between top division contenders, Vitor Belfort vs. Alan Belcher, in the co-featured fight of the night.

UFC 153 tickets can be purchased through StubHub.com (Note: StubHub often has seats available even if the event is "sold out"). It will also be available to watch on PPV at 10 p.m. ET on fight night.
