Looks like the Gracie brothers are movin' on up.

World-renowned Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) practitioners, Ryron and Rener Gracie, have taken their popular "Gracie Breakdown" video series to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) "Ultimate Insider" feature on FUEL TV.

What's on tap for this week's episode?

Why, it's none other than Anderson Silva's triangle-armbar submission win from UFC 117 back in August 2010, where "The Spider" escaped a five round unanimous decision loss by tapping Chael Sonnen in the waning minutes of their 185-pound title fight.

You can watch a replay of the entire bout by clicking here.

Sonnen will try to finish what he started at the UFC 148: "Silva vs. Sonnen 2" pay-per-view (PPV) event this Saturday night (July 7, 2012) from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

And he's even breaking his own rule and watching tape to help him do it.

See how it all unfolds this weekend. In the meantime, are there any grapplers in our audience who want to add anything to the above video? Tips or tricks?

Sound off!
