"I remember asking the referee when it was done, 'What happened?' He said 'You tapped,' and I simply said, 'I believe you.' I didn't even know where I was, he had [the triangle choke] so tight. This is such a nice technique, I would love to catch somebody in that myself. It's very devastating once you're put in it."

Mark this one down in your books, folks, the "American Gangster" is (for once) not rewriting history. Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweight number one contender, Chael Sonnen, has gone on record several times in the past about his disdain for watching past fights, win or lose, but in the above video, he makes an exception for Jon Anik and the fine folks at FUEL TV. Sonnen breaks down his loss to Anderson Silva at UFC 117 and talks about his strategy for their pending rematch this Saturday night at UFC 148 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Will history repeat itself?
