Is there a better way to spend your Monday afternoon than watching Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) flyweight contender Joseph Benavidez run around with his shirt off?
Didn't think so.
"Joe B. Wan-Kenobi," who defeated Yasuhiro Urushitani at UFC on FX 2 in Sydney, Australia, back on March 3, 2012, will make history alongside his opponent, Demetrious Johnson, as they tangle for the first-ever 125-pound championship title at the upcoming UFC 152 pay-per-view (PPV) event on September 22 from the Air Canada Center in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
"Mighty Mouse" earned his spot by topping Ian McCall at UFC on FX 3 last month in Sunshine, Florida.
The above video is exactly what it sounds like: Benavidez trains, bromances and gets his all-around game in tip-top shape for his pending title fight later this year.
