Well I'll make this quick I'm 5"11 about 203lbs. I got a wedding sept 1st and want to drop down to about 165-175 lbs. All im trying to really do is lose belly fat and build some musscle tone. I used to be about 160 in high school eating whatever I wanned and stay in shape but like most people after u walk across that stage not only do u have to work the rest of your life but everything u ate all your life decides to catch up to you. I started running again only making it about 3/4 mile before having to walk some i only drink water but as for a diet or any kind of supplements vitamins or any of that other shit I have no idea what I'm doing. Is there any kind of diet or just simple yet affective advice on a workout or schedule I can follow I'd really appreciate it.
