Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returned to pay-per-view this past Saturday night (June 23, 2012) with UFC 147: "Silva vs. Franklin 2," featuring Rich Franklin winning a unanimous decision over Wanderlei Silva in the main event of the evening.
Just like three years ago in the first fight.
Fabricio Werdum knocked out Mike Russow in the first round of their heavyweight battle before "Vai Cavalo" promptly stated his case for a rematch against Junior dos Santos. Perhaps he should get it ... in another fight or two, at least.
Other action on the card saw the crowning of the first two Ultimate Fighters from the first season exclusive to Brazil, as Rony Mariano Bezerra won a decision over Godofredo Pepey while Cezar Ferreira did the same over Sergio Moraes.
In cased you missed any or all of it -- or just want to keep the discussion alive -- below are links to all the major storylines borne from Saturday night's event in Brazil.
