"Ace" largely worked the same game plan he used to to best "The Axe Murderer" three years ago, using his crisp striking and superior footwork to befuddle the Brazilian banger for much of the fight. Silva had a brief flurry in the second round that had Franklin dazed and confused -- he admitted later he couldn't remember rounds three or four -- but ultimately, the former math teacher from Cincinnati prevailed.
