Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) held its official weigh in event for UFC 147: "Franklin vs. Silva 2" earlier today (Fri., June 22, 2012) from inside the Estadio Jornalista Felipe Drumond in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

Unlikely adversaries Rich Franklin and Wanderlei Silva will run back their first encounter that took place inside the Octagon nearly three years ago to the day in the main event of the evening; however, things got started a little early this afternoon when these two 190-pound mixed martial arts (MMA) veterans went nose-to-nose after tipping the scale for tomorrow night's headliner.
It's (almost) go time.
Also squaring up were Heavyweight contender hopefuls Fabricio Werdum and Mike Russow, who are slated to sling leather in the co-featured fight of the night on pay-per-view (PPV).
