I understand that Fedor Emelianenko is a legend and arguably the greatest heavyweight ever to compete in mixed martial arts (MMA). He holds wins over Mark Hunt, Zuluzhino and Hong Mon Choi and stopped them all in impressive fashion.

His merits are beyond this world due to his size and less than Adonis figure but doesn't that sound a lot like our former hero UFC heavyweight champion?

Tim Sylvia isn't a gym rat who looks like Todd Duffee, his awkward size and reach are clearly against him since he can't showcase his underrated muay thai.clinch. Sylvia fought these disadvantages and reigned terror over the UFC like a hot knife through cottage and onto his bagel. He has sheer knockout power, world class wrestling and great Brazilian jui-jitsu (Did you not see what he did to Jeff Monson at UFC 65?). He even has head kicks that have knocked out tough fighters like Tra Telligman.

The kind of man that Tim Sylvia is one of no discrimination as he fought the tallest heavyweight in Gan McGee and f the shortest heavyweight in Jeff Monson. Sylvia believes in an equal America as he has fought Russians, Brazilians, Polish and a Cabbage.

Sylvia has a successful Twitter campaign going on right now that seems to be sending 'shockwaves' through the MMA world, he recently released a video showing his comeback trail has been set. It's only a matter of time before UFC president Dana White has to give what the fans want.

Look, i know what you are thinking and NO i am not forgetting 'Affliction: Banned' when Fedor 'caught' Sylvia by surprise. If i remember correctly (and i do) then UFC heavyweight Sylvia called out Fedor following UFC 61 and the Russian never wanted a piece of the 'Maine-ac'

Why did Fedor not beg Pride officials to let him face Sylvia then? The simple answer is fear. He didn't want a 'prime' Sylvia, he didn't want the man who smashed Andrei Arlovski (twice) or the man who beat up Assuerio Silva for three rounds.
