I'm going with Miocic, two UFC appearances to win this fight. The fact that del Rosario is coming off a huge lay off will probably play hell with his debut.

UFC 146 looks just as good without Overeem in my opinion.
Truth be told, I think Del Rosario as fought better competition... but ring rust and being his UFC debut might play a factor...
