I'm 39 in under 3 hours time, yes i'm still sexy, yes i'm still handsome, and yes i still do not have a girlfriend, (apart from ULF lol).....

As we are entering a new age of MMA, where results rule, i thought i'd share with you some of my favourite fights. They are not the most technical, but they are fun, and good fights.

Ok thats 3, i cany import Chuck liddell v Wanderlei Silva or Fedor v Cro Cop, i would add Silva v Rampage from Pride, or many others, but these were the first few that sprung to mind, so enjoy the fights with me and have a beer on my birthday, even though its a school night.......
